Day 01 Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. You are greeted by your guide at the airport and transferred to the hotel.

Day 02 Beijing (B, L, SD)
The highlight today is a visit to the Great Wall, a symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization and to the Ming Tombs, the burial grounds for the 13 Ming Dynasty emperors. Attend a Beijing Roast Duck banquet in the evening.

Day 03 Beijing (B, L, D)
Tian An MenMorning program takes you to Tian An Men Square and the Forbidden City, the residence of emperors for more than 500 years. Afternoon sightseeing features the Temple of Heaven, where emperors once prayed for good harvests and the Summer Palace, a summer resort for Empress Dowager Ci Xi.

Day 04 Beijing / Xian (B, L, D)
Fly to Xian in the morning. Check into the hotel. After lunch, you will visit the majestic Wild Goose Pagoda and the Ancient City Wall.

Day 05 Xian (B, L, SD)
A full day tour recalls the glories of ancient Xian as you visit the burial site of an incredible army of 8000 lifelike Terra-cotta soldiers and the ancient Banpo Village. At that night, you can enjoy two specialties, Xian Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Show at Shaanxi Grand Theatre.

Day 06 Xian / Wuhan (B, L, D)
Guiyuan TempleIn the morning you will fly to Wuhan at the junction of the Yangtze and Han Rivers. After a visit to the Guiyuan Temple, you will board on the Yangtze River Cruiser in the evening.

Day 07 Yangtze River Cruise (B, L, D)
Spend the day passing through one of the world's finest stretches of river scenery. Welcome banquet on board. Cruise through the Xiling Gorge, the longest of the Three Gorges that is famous for its temples, caves and weathered peaks.

Day 08 Yangtze River Cruise (B, L, D)
Cruise to the Upper Yangtze and visit the 230-foot high Gezhouba Dam at Yichang. Here the trip will pass through one of the three massive locks, the Three Gorges Dam.

Day 09 Yangtze River Cruise (B, L, D)
You weave through Wu Gorge, with bewitching Twelve Peaks soaring above. Then continue to Wushan and boats for a trip up the Daning River to the Three Small Gorges, a stunning area of dramatic hillsides, caves and lush bamboo groves.

Day 10 Yangtze River Cruise (B, L, D)
You arise early for a spectacular journey through the last of the three Gorges, Qutang Gorge. This breathtaking narrow passes through misty peaks and sheer cliffs are the grandest of them. Upon arrival at Wanxian, you will have a brief city tour to explore the small county along Yangtze River.

Day 11 Chongqing / Chengdu (B, L, D)
Your cruise arrives in Chongqing, the mountain city. Then drive to Chengdu. Check into the hotel.

Day 12 Chengdu / Lhasa (B, L, D)
A morning flight brings you to the world's highest capital city, Lhasa in Tibet. You are greeted by your guide at the airport and transferred to the hotel.

Day 13 Lhasa (B, L, SD)
Drepung MonasteryStart your tour at the 15th Century Drepung Monastery. Also visit the Norbulinka, once the Summer Palace of the Dalai Lama. In the evening, you will enjoy a Tibetan style dinner, which you can get to known more folk arts of Tibetan minority people.

Day 14 Lhasa (B, L, D)
Potala PalaceToday's sightseeing includes the Potala Palace, traditional executive office of Dalai Lama; the 1,300 year-old Jokhang Temple, Tibet's holiest place of worship. Also visit the fascinating free market.

Day 15 Lhasa / Chengdu / Guilin (B, L, D)
In the morning you will fly to Chengdu, then connect flight to the scenic Guilin. Check into the hotel.

Day 16 Guilin (B, L, D)
Spend the day aboard a scenic Li River Cruise through the mist-shrouded limestone mountains, passing picturesque farms and fishing villages. Then you will visit the Reed Flute Caves where visitors are dazzled by the spectacular stalactites, stalagmites and the mirror lake.

Day 17 Guilin / Guangzhou / Hong Kong (B, L)
After breakfast in the hotel, you will fly to Guangzhou. Upon arrival, visit the Chan Family Temple. In the afternoon, board express train to Hong Kong. Upon arrive in Hong Kong, meet and transfer to the hotel.

Day 18 Hong Kong (B)
Free at leisure.

Day 19 Hong Kong (B)
Free at leisure.

Day 20 Hong Kong (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
